
Matthias has 5+ years of experience across consulting, M&A, private equity and investment banking, including roles at Wolfsbichl GmbH, Deloitte and KfW. He specialises in strategic finance, restructuring and cross-border transactions and supports project management at FCDC. Matthias is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MSc in Strategic Corporate Finance & Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University.

Leander has over five years of strategy, consulting and M&A experience, previously serving as a Project Lead at Kearney with a focus on CDD, PMI and transformation strategy. He works as an Investment Manager at Wolfsbichl GmbH and Project Manager at FCDC. Leander holds an MA in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Master in Management from HEC Paris.

Hans brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across corporate strategy, financial management and board governance, having held more than 70 directorships worldwide. He serves as a long-standing advisor to the Svanberg family and previously led the corporate venture arm of the Peder Wallenberg Charitable Trust. Hans is an alumnus of the Bonnier Executive Program and holds a Master of Political Science from the University of Stockholm.

Shane has over 25 years of experience delivering major real estate projects, including more than 5 million sq ft for clients such as Google, AWS, Meta and Salesforce. He founded Westridge Real Estate, acquiring €500m of land and delivering over €2bn in GDV, and has secured more than 2.5 million sq ft of commercial entitlements. Shane is a Chartered Accountant (PWC-trained) and holds degrees from the University of Limerick and TUI Dublin.

Alex brings over two decades of experience in investment management, banking, financial structuring, and co-founded Silverstripe Investment Management, deploying over $1bn across equity and debt. He formerly led European operations at Sherman Financial, overseeing more than $1bn in investments across real estate, credit and special situations. Alex holds a BBS (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin.

Philip has more than 30 years of investment management and strategic consulting experience, including senior roles at Blackstone and BCG. He is the founder of FCDC, scaling the business to over €100m in revenue within 15 months, and previously co-led the JAB Consumer Fund, raising over €20bn globally. Philip holds an MBA from Columbia University with a focus on entrepreneurship, finance and general management.
